We offer an incredible early bird menu that is available 7 days a week for our guests and is ideal for an early-evening dinner restaurant.
We are open midweek from 5 pm and at the weekend from 1 pm.

Each menu is carefully assembled by our experienced culinary team using in-season produce from land and sea.
Early Bird Dinner Menu
SOLE’s early bird dinner menu includes some of the freshest Irish seafood available on the market.
Starters include an Oyster selection of 4 Irish rock oysters sourced from the West of Ireland.
If you’re looking for something comforting, the seafood chowder is a perfect choice. Using Irish fish and shellfish, this creamy chowder is a fabulous option.
Don’t feel like fish! our early bird features Peter Hannan Salt Aged ribeye steak.
This meat is salt-aged for 28 days to enhance its flavours and make it ultra-tender.
Indulge in one of our delightful desserts including passionfruit ball, spiced panna cotta, and a selection of Wexford ice cream.

Cocktail enthusiasts can enjoy an array of drinks created by our talented mixologists.
The Mexican Affair the perfect summer cocktail that is bursting with tropical flavours and contains a mixture of Altos Tequila Plata, Grand Marnier, blueberries, lime juice and fluffy pasteurised egg white.
We have extended our wine list this Summer to include more organic, biodynamic, and vegan-friendly wines.
The Elio Altare- “Unoperuno”, 2015 is the highlight of the new wine list.
This fine wine’s grapes are hand-picked in Barolo Italy, this results in a bold wine that wine aficionados will love.
